Seven people were wiped off the face of the planet over a $100.00 beef. In this wonderful time of Democrat economics we are living in we are no longer getting nickel and dimed. We are getting fifty’d and hundreded everywhere we turn. A hundred bucks is sixty three dollars short of what I need to collect for my car insurance every month. It’s less than two full tanks of gas. A hundred bucks doesn’t end my world even though I am far from comfortable. Geico raised my premiums $36.00 a month with no explanation other than a link to a FAQ that gave you every possible reason under the sun. I’m in my mid 40’s with a clean record. Same thing happened to my 72 year old father.
King Gavin is talking about some cops in another state. Go figure. This is so sad. Half Moon Bay should be the only thing on his mind and the only words coming out of his mouth. Seven people were sawed off in the state with the strictest gun control laws in the country. The state where the sidewalks are covered in human shit and lined with people shooting up. Right there in front of Starbucks. A hundred fucking dollars.
When I fled California, I was homeless and living in my car. I raised enough money to pay for one month of rent in a room in some stranger’s house and the gas to get here. I had no job no prospects but I knew I could make something work. I was told there were jobs. The night I arrived I had $85.00 to my name and rent was paid for one month. It was the first time I had a roof over my head in over a month. Things were hard then. Five years later, I have rebuilt from the ashes. I couldn’t imagine if I was still there. Clearly the straits have only become more dire in California. If you still happen to be the praying type, pray for those families.
